We were made to move, walk, run and use the amazing body we were born with. Walking should be a natural and painless function that moves us from place to place and activity to activity. Sometimes there are parts of us that get "stuck" or injured and then become our new normal. Without realizing it, we begin to move with restriction and pain and feel betrayed by our own body.
We were born perfectly made and we can achieve that state again, no matter your age. Observing how someone moves and uses their body is the perfect way to holistically tune into what areas are restricted, weak and out of balance.
By assessing your feet, balance, some simple movements and how you walk, it is possible to tell what areas need attention. This will bring an awareness and better connection to your body and using simple exercises will help other areas of your body, all the way to the top!
When you schedule your session, please wear comfortable clothing and bring one or two pair of shoes you wear most often.
