By adjusting whether you breathe through your mouth or nose, breath fast or slow, you can change your mind, emotions, pain levels and focus.
Come and learn simple, easy ways to calm and connect with your body. Bring a large towel, blanket or yoga mat for work on the floor and wear comfortable clothing.
