This class is for beginners to explore a few simple techniques of meditation. This is not sitting in lotus position for hours seeking enlightenment. This is learning ways to releive stress, anxiety and tension. Do you have trouble going to sleep, relaxing, quieting your mind? Is it difficult for you to focus or find quiet time?
You will learn mindful exercises, breathing techniques and how to meditate in a calm and relaxed environment. Please wear comfortable clothing and feel free to bring a yoga mat or blanket. We will be using chairs and mats in the class.
The class will be limited to 10 participants.
